A great base Italy was built on great foundations and our pizza dough is no different. Our chefs do it properly by resting the dough for as long as it takes. When it’s ready, they pat our deep pan dough into proper pans for perfect baking and stretch the dough as thin as they can, cooking the bases over Italian stones, for the crispiest thin crusts around.

Signature sauce
It may be covered by tasty toppings, but it’s the sauce that really matters. That means using juicy tomatoes and plenty of ’em. We’ll even tailor it, adding in a little extra to make sure it goes just right with the pizza topping, like a touch of fennel in our meat feast sauce.

Mouth-watering cheese We go to great lengths to get the flavour and texture of our cheeses just right. That’s why we use a traditional Italian recipe for our creamy Mozzarella to add the final seductive touch to our toppings. And we scatter it generously on all our pizzas for that hot, bubbling finish that’ll keep ‘em coming back for more.
