Ready to Eat Spicy Arrabbiata Pasta

Our spicy arrabbiata pasta speaks for itself. A rich, fiery tomato sauce filled with aubergine, courgette, sundried tomato and grilled red & yellow peppers combine for a delightful bend of flavour and texture. This ready to eat pasta is easy to prepare and can be cooked from frozen in no time at all. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives are used, just good flavourful food.

Preparation

Cooking Instructions - General

Tastiest when *microwaved straight from the freezer.
Caution: The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing.
When removing the film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.

 

Microwave - From Frozen

Pierce the film lid.
Microwave on Full Power for: 700W 7 mins, 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 mins
Peel back the film lid & stir.
Re-cover and microwave for a further: 700W 3 mins, 800W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins
Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.

 

Oven cook - From Frozen

Alternatively, oven bake
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6, 40 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Remove the film.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 30 mins.
Stir and cook for further 10 mins.
Stand for 2 minutes and stir well before serving.
Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
