Our mushroom risotto ready meal is made with cooked risotto rice and covered in a rich and creamy garlic and mushroom sauce. It's then topped off with an array of mushrooms, including oyster, nameko, shitake, and porcini mushrooms. Now that’s what we call mushroom goodness!

Cooking Instructions - General
Caution: The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing. When removing the film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

Microwave - From Frozen
Peel back the film lid & stir. Re-cover and microwave for a further: 700w 3 mins, 800w 3 mins, 900w 3 mins
Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.
Oven cook - From Frozen
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6
Pre-heat the oven. Remove the film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 20 mins then stir. Cook for further 10 mins. Stir well and stand for two minutes before serving.
